Alice founded The Dinner Exchange in 2009 to raise awareness of food waste and food poverty in the UK. Feasts were co-produced with a team of volunteers from food that would otherwise go to waste. The proceeds of every ‘supper club’ were donated to organisations fighting food poverty in the UK. The Dinner Exchange grew to include art and community engagement projects and spread rhizomes to East London, Berlin and Catania.
